New aluminum, twin vises from Carr Lane Roemheld, in manual and hydraulic versions, allow jaw changes in a few seconds, without the need for additional tools, bolts or pins. The Hilma-Bock TV 100 & 150 twin vises are designed for workpieces with complex clamping and contact contours. The vise's aluminum soft jaws can be completely milled out to suit the required workpiece contour, and a downthrust effect is created in the movable jaws. Now, a set of jaws can replace expensive special clamping fixtures that were once necessary. The manual and hydraulic twin vises come in two sizes, 100mm (4 inch) and 150mm (6 inch).
